工业设计组织的管控策略思考

从设计管理的角度来思考工业设计组织架构系统,希望对工业设计产业在中国的持续发展起到促进作用.通过解释设计管理、工业设计组织架构的基本概念和现状,提出了工业设计组织架构所面临的问题,以图文并茂的形式阐述了对 创新组织架构 创新管理技术 的思考.工业企业强化其组织机构管控及产品制造能带来事业的高速发展,其中工业设计组织架构及其优良管控,也必然导致其研发效率的提高.
Abstract
Thinking about the organizational structure system of industrial design from the perspective of design management,we hope to promote the sustainable development of the industrial design industry in China.By explaining the basic concepts and current situation of design management and industrial design organizational structure,this paper puts forward the problems faced by industrial design organizational structure,and expounds the thinking on innovation management technology of innovative organizational structure in the form of pictures and texts.The growth of enterprises comes from excellent products and effective enterprise management.Strengthening organizational control and product manufacturing in industrial enterprises can bring about rapid development of their careers,and the excellent control of industrial design organizational structure will inevitably lead to an improvement in their research and development efficiency.
