基于服务设计思维的健康饮食APP设计

本文从服务设计的视角出发,根据用户需求,制订饮食计划,并为用户做出合理的饮食建议.分析当代人群不合理的饮食结构和不良饮食习惯,研究现状及趋势.以服务设计思维为理论基础,通过对问卷调查的分析,建立用户模型,探析用户特征,根据用户饮食需求,提出创新的服务策略.App为用户提供食谱定制,饮食分析,健康社区,线上商城,5个板块;其中对饮食的科学管理与制订营养食谱为核心功能.同时用户还可以在健康社区进行多种互动,线上商城购买商品,旨在为用户养成良好的饮食习惯,切实解决用户饮食需求.通过服务设计的思维,以用户为中心,改善用户体验.多层次、多维度地获取信息使得用户的潜在需求不被忽略,为用户提供有针对性的建议.专业性强和更为人性化的服务,更适应以人为本的社会,让健康饮食App变得更高效,更被需要.
HEALTHY DIET INTERFACE DESIGN BASED ON SERVICE DESIGN THINKING
From the perspective of service design,this paper formulates a dietary plan according to the needs of users and makes reasonable dietary suggestions for users.To analyze the current situation and trend of irrational diet structure and bad diet habit of contemporary people.Based on the theory of service design thinking,through the analysis of questionnaire,the paper establishes user model,explores user characteristics,and puts forward innovative service strategies according to user dietary needs.App provided users with four sections:diet customization,diet analysis,healthy community,online shopping mall,and the core function was to manage diet scientifically and formulate nutritional diet.At the same time,users can also interact in a variety of healthy communities,online shopping mall to buy goods,aimed at users to develop good eating habits,to effectively address the dietary needs of users.Through the thinking of service design,the user is the center,and the user experience is improved.The multi-level and multi-dimensional access to information makes the potential needs of users not ignored and provides targeted suggestions for users.The more professional and humanized service is more suitable for the people-oriented society,and makes the healthy diet App more efficient and needed.
