RESEARCH ON THE EMOTIONAL DESIGN OF MOBILE PAYMENT INTERFACE FOR THE ELDERLY
This work aims to understand the challenges encountered by older individuals when transitioning from traditional payment methods to mobile payment,and to achieve an aging-friendly mobile payment interface by emotional design.This paper uses online questionnaire and interview to analyze the payment behavior of the elderly,and compares the characteristics of the current payment platform cases of the elderly model.Based on the Kano model,this paper analyzes the demand characteristics of elderly people for mobile payment platform interface,and summarizes the research and application of three-level theory of emotional design in payment platform interface.The optimization suggestions are put forward from three aspects:visual design,interaction design and experience design.Under the background of digital economy,the paper puts forward the design ideas for the aged group to be emotional.
