DESIGNING INTELLIGENT VOICE-GUIDED MEDICAL CONSULTATION SERVICES FOR ELDERLY LIVING ALONE
The service process of intelligent voice guidance machine is designed to provide direction and reference for improving the current situation of the difficulties of elderly people living alone in the context of the digital divide.The study distributed online questionnaires in Sichuan,and used SPSS to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing voice guidance machines in China,so as to further dig out the difficulties and needs of elderly people living alone in the process of medical treatment behind the data.The analysis shows that the guide machine has the limitation of space and time and the demand of the elderly living alone.It can be seen that the design of intelligent voice guidance machine service process has a relatively obvious role in improving the efficiency of the elderly living alone,alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients,reducing the anxiety of medical treatment,and helping the elderly living alone proactively bridge the digital divide.
