RESEARCH ON INNOVATION OF OPEN COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERVICE SYSTEM FOR THE ELDERLY
To meet the rapidly growing diversified education needs of the elderly population,build an open new education service system relying on community resources,and enhance the learning experience of the elderly.By analyzing the daily learning behavior of the elderly users,the experience problems and needs in the learning process are found,and the goal of educational service design is clarified.Based on the research of the stakeholders of education service for the elderly and the related social system resources,this paper analyzes the elements of the new education service system and their relations.It has formed a new open community education service system based on senior universities and surrounding schools,with the full participation of community education resources including many enterprises,and integrated with intelligent products such as online community education service platform and senior learning machine and intelligent learning aid pen.The design of open community education service system is an effective way to solve the prominent contradiction of the shortage of education resources,which can effectively improve the learning experience of the elderly,meet the educational needs of the elderly,and enhance the happiness of the elderly.
