A STUDY ON THE DEMAND FOR TEXTILE AND CLOTHING PRODUCTS IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE BASED ON THE KANO MODEL
In order to promote the high-quality development of the garment industry in Zhejiang Province,the article adopts two methods,namely questionnaire survey and offline interview,to study the garment products in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of consumers'demand preferences,and extracts consumers'demands for the high-quality development of the garment products in Zhejiang Province from the five dimensions of demand:design,experience,performance,service,and spirit.Then through the kano model and better-worse four-quadrant analysis method,the various types of demand items are prioritized and categorized by attributes.It is found that consumers'demands for apparel products differ by gender,age,education level,occupation and monthly income,but in general,consumers pay more attention to the service demands of apparel products,such as after-sale service and delivery speed,which have an important impact on consumer satisfaction.
