RESEARCH ON SMART AUXILIARY APP DESIGN OF TOURIST ATTRACTIONS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SERVICE DESIGN
In the fuzzy early stage of innovation,with the help of user experience map and other tools,analyze the entire service system from a full stage and perspective,and study the design principles and design strategies of auxiliary App for tourist attractions.From the perspective of service design,construct a user experience map to explore the process of smart tourism service experience from a global perspective.Based on user roles and goals,sort out the user behavior and emotional curves during the user journey,analyze the contact points of users in the tourism experience process,locate pain points,seek innovative opportunities,and use service system diagrams and service blueprints to showcase the full picture of travel combined with"App+scenic spots".Obtained user experience in various stages of traditional tourism,starting from multi-dimensional recommendations for tourist destinations,"light and thin"design of scenic spot details pages,online navigation assisted on-site tours,fun travel experiences,and integrated retention of travel memories,forming an App design for intelligent assistance in tourist attractions.Using typical tools such as user experience maps,service system diagrams,and service blueprints in service design,visualize the relationship between users,applications,and scenic areas in a graphical and storytelling manner,and form specific design strategies and interface designs for intelligent auxiliary apps for scenic areas.
