STUDY OF USER REQUIREMEMTS OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ABOUT TRADITIONAL CULTURE BASED ON KANO MODEL
This study aims to explore the design indexes to enhance user experience in digital design, and to clarify the service demands and functions of users for traditional cultural digital products.Based on the theoretical framework of the"Three Circles Model"in interaction design and Information Architecture, which promoted by Peter Morville and Louis Rosenfeld, this study examines three dimensions of context, content, and user.Through literature review, user interviews, and competitive products analysis,26 functions and service demands provided by digital products related to traditional culture are identified. Then we use the KANO model,to compile a KANO questionnaire and conducted a web-based survey. To conclude, interaction design or immersive design that brings a high sense of engagement and visual design with a Chinese visual style are more likely to increase user satisfaction significantly, which can help provide some new ideas for the design practice of education and communication of Chinese traditional culture.
