RESEARCH ON THE DESING OF DINING SERVICE IN MACAU UNIVERSITY CANTEEN BASED ON KANO MODEL
Based on the background of university informatization,this paper analyzes the pain points of Macao campus canteen service and the demand types of related audiences.Rank the importance of each requirement.It provides a direction reference for improving the dining service quality and user experience of Macao university canteen.Taking a university in Macao as an example,the study first uses service design tools to mine the current service pain points and user needs.Then use the Kano model to further classify the requirements,extract 15 user requirements,and calculate the sensitivity of each demand.Get the sensitivity of the current service pain points and users'needs to guide the relevant design.Optimize the service design process of Macao university canteen,improve users'pain points,enhance their satisfaction,and promote the sustainable development of university canteen service.
