RESEARCH ON NARRATIVE AND DESIGN OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES IN MUSEUMS
Museum education services are booming, but most museum exhibition visits fail to provide a more engaging and interesting viewing experience for children. This study aims to use narrative theory as a means to systematically explore the elements, processes and methods of service narrative from a service design perspective. At the theoretical level, seven key elements of service narrative are refined to provide theoretical support for service design. At the practical level,a complete service narrative design process is constructed and five key design stages are proposed for children's groups. The validation of the empirical case"Miu Zai"proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the service narrative structure and method proposed in this study. This study not only brings new vitality to the theory of service design, but also provides valuable references and inspirations for the future practice of museum service design.
