面向儿童的博物馆服务叙事设计研究

博物馆教育服务蓬勃发展,但多数博物馆展览参观未能给儿童带来更好的吸引力和有趣的观展体验.本研究旨在以叙事理论为手段,从服务设计视角出发,系统研究服务叙事的要素、流程及方法.在理论层面提炼出服务叙事的7个关键要素,为服务设计提供理论支持.在实践层面,构建了一套完整的服务叙事设计流程,并针对儿童群体提出了博物馆服务设计的5个关键设计阶段.通过实证案例"Miu仔"的验证,证明了本研究提出的服务叙事结构与方法的可行性与有效性.本研究不仅为服务设计理论注入了新活力,也为未来博物馆服务设计实践提供了宝贵的参考与启示.
RESEARCH ON NARRATIVE AND DESIGN OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES IN MUSEUMS
Museum education services are booming,but most museum exhibition visits fail to provide a more engaging and interesting viewing experience for children.This study aims to use narrative theory as a means to systematically explore the elements,processes and methods of service narrative from a service design perspective.At the theoretical level,seven key elements of service narrative are refined to provide theoretical support for service design.At the practical level,a complete service narrative design process is constructed and five key design stages are proposed for children's groups.The validation of the empirical case"Miu Zai"proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the service narrative structure and method proposed in this study.This study not only brings new vitality to the theory of service design,but also provides valuable references and inspirations for the future practice of museum service design.
