RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR ENVIRONMENTAL FACILITY DESIGN FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF POSITIVE AGING
In the context of serious population aging, environmental facilities,as a crucial touchpoint between the elderly and external spaces, need to be assessed from the perspective of active aging to evaluate the design quality of these facilities. This paper identifies the principles and assessment indicators for environmental facility design evaluation under the active aging framework through literature analysis and expert interviews. An evaluation system is constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),calculating weights and prioritizing them. The design of specific environmental facilities is then assessed using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.A quantitative evaluation system for environmental facility design from the perspective of active aging has been established. This study provides a scientific theoretical basis for evaluating the merits of environmental facility design from the standpoint of active aging, enabling the design of these facilities to better maintain the positive physiological and psychological states of the elderly.
