面向听障青年的智能设备多感官体验设计研究

探讨多感官设计在听障无障碍设计中的应用,分析听障人群在智能设备使用中的感知体验和偏好,提出适用于智能产品的听障无障碍设计原则.通过文献综述、问卷调查、案例分析等方法,从多个角度和层面,系统梳理了多感官设计与听障无障碍设计的关系,评价了现有智能产品对于听障用户的无障碍体验的优点和不足,提出了定位产品使用环境、声学因素考量和听障者文化认知尊重等3个设计原则.现有多数智能设备并不能提供足够的听障无障碍支持.对于听障人群来说,以语音交互为主的交互方式是一大障碍.多感官设计智能设备可以为听障人群提供更丰富、更舒适、更人性化的信息和感知体验,有助于解决他们在社会和生活中遇到的问题,提升他们的生活质量和幸福感.
RESEARCH ON MULTI-SENSORY EXPERIENCE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT DEVICES FOR HEARING IMPAIRED YOUTH
This paper aims to explore the application and value of multisensory design in hearing-impaired accessibility design,analyze the perceptual experience and preference of hearing-impaired users in using smart devices,and propose hearing-impaired accessibility design principles for smart products.This paper uses literature review,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to systematically sort out the relationship between multisensory design and hearing-impaired accessibility design from multiple perspectives and levels,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of existing smart products for hearing-impaired users'accessibility experience,and propose three design principles:positioning product usage environment,acoustic factor consideration and respect for hearing-impaired culture and cognition.At present,most smart devices do not provide enough hearing-impaired accessibility support,and voice interaction as the main interaction mode is a big obstacle for hearing-impaired users.Multisensory design can provide hearing-impaired users with more rich,comfortable and humanized information acquisition and perceptual experience,which can help improve their problems in social and personal levels,and enhance their quality of life and happiness.
