INTERACTION DESIGN STRATEGIES FOR SMART WASHING MACHINES BASED ON FOGG BEHAVIORAL MODEL
Provide effective strategies for the interaction design of smart washing machines based on the Fogg behavioral model to optimize the interaction between users and smart washing machines.The task observation method and interview method were used to observe the user's operating behavior of adding clothes midway,and to find out the problems in the'communication'between the user and the smart washing machine.Use the observation of user operation behavior to help designers understand user operation motivations and abilities,and group users to correspond to different trigger attributes in the Fogg model.According to the characteristics of the trigger attributes as the design strategy output direction,the relevant design of the feedback and prompts of the smart washing machine interactive interface is produced.Discover the pain points related to the smart washing machine interaction interface and propose effective design strategies to improve users'motivation to use smart washing machine functions and reduce the difficulty of using smart washing machines.The user behavior observation method has significant auxiliary effect on the design strategy output of the intelligent washing machine interactive interface.
