RESEARCH ON INTELLIGENT AUTOMOTIVE HMI INTERFACE DESIGN BASED ON KANO QFD
In order to effectively obtain user requirements for intelligent car HMI design,this study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to determine requirements and quantify their weights,in order to improve user satisfaction and user experience.By combining case studies,field observations,and interviews,the Kano questionnaire was used to conduct research and analysis on user needs and rank their importance.Finally,the QFD model was used to calculate the weight of design requirements.The results indicate that clear navigation operation guidance,timely information feedback,and intuitive interface layout have the highest demand weight.The Kano QFD model constructed based on case analysis and user research has verified the effectiveness of this method in solving the problem of intelligent automotive HMI design,providing methodological references for subsequent related research.
