RESEARCH ON THE SERVICE DESIGN OF FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORMS
The concept of service design is applied to analyse and optimise the existing problems of the takeaway food delivery platform,and carry out innovative design for the existing ordering and delivery methods.Through the research and analysis of user needs,combined with user profiling,data analysis and user journey mapping and other methods to summarise the pain points and needs of users,the article analyses the design opportunities and design strategies in depth.Combined with the principle of"human-centred",the proposed service design strategies include optimising the interface design,improving the ordering process,and enhancing the delivery efficiency,etc..The design strategies proposed in this article are very effective in meeting the needs of users.The design strategies proposed in this article can provide reference for other Acacia research while meeting user needs.
