基于专家知识融合方法的上海市设计政策评价研究

目前,我国倡导将创新科技融入生活,提高各行各业的创新实力.为响应国家这一战略发展,以创新为核心的政策不断出台.创新设计产业政策评价可填补城市层面设计政策评价空白.针对上海市创新设计政策缺少统一的方法规范、信息分散、共享机制不完善等问题,研究结合专家经验编制了创新设计政策的专家知识融合节点,以上海市设计产业与设计政策为实证,拓展了创新政策评估、诊断和预测的方法.对此,研究提出了相应的优化路径,为未来上海市创新设计政策提出了可行性建议.
EVALUATION OF SHANGHAI'S INNOVATION DESIGN POLICY BASED ON EXPERT KNOWLEDGE FUSION METHOD
Currently,China is vigorously advocating the integration of innovative technology into daily life to enhance the innovative capabilities of various industries.In response to this strategic development,policies centered around innovation are continuously being implemented.The evaluation of innovative design industry policies can fill the gap in policy evaluation at the city level.In response to issues such as the lack of standardized methods,scattered information,and incomplete sharing mechanisms in Shanghai's innovative design policies,this study combined expert experience to develop a knowledge fusion node for innovative design policies and used machine learning algorithms for parameter training.Using Shanghai's design industry and design policies as empirical study,this paper expanded methods for evaluating,diagnosing,and predicting innovative policies.Accordingly,the study proposed corresponding optimization paths and feasible recommendations for future innovative design policies in Shanghai.
