Under the background of China's current urbanization entering a deceleration stage and high-quality new urbanization development stage,the transformation of urban construction and development from an incremental expansion model to a stock renewal model has become inevitable,and promoting urban renewal and transformation has become a consensus from the central government to local governments.By integrating experience design thinking into the entire process of renewal and transformation of village-level industrial parks,it can lead urban renewal and transformation work to be more in line with the needs of high-quality industrial development and the personalized needs of market entities,and ultimately achieve the social and economic benefits of the renewal and transformation of village-level industrial parks,providing a reference for building a new highland of industrial-city integration.This article will take the Guangzhou Design City project as a case study to analyze the application of experience design thinking in the project planning,construction,and operation process,and explain the multi-dimensional impact of experience design thinking on project empowerment.Experience design helps the Guangzhou Design City project achieve a beautiful transformation from a village-level industrial zone to a high-quality development demonstration park,becoming a benchmark for industrial transformation and upgrading in Baiyun District,Guangzhou,setting an example for enabling Guangdong's industrial technology upgrades,and also providing a reference for the application of experience design thinking in the renewal and transformation of village-level industrial parks in other regions.Experience design innovation service measures help urban renewal and industrial agglomeration.
