In the age of artificial intelligence,new technologies are emerging one after another.These new technologies subvert the field of design,change the perception of design practitioners,and bring more confusion about the future of designers.Technological iterations and cognitive subversions pervade this changing world,but what remains unchanged is thinking about the design's own approach.On the basis of combing the connotation and extensions of design methodology,the paper concludes that design methodology can point out the new direction of design research.
