RESEARCH ON INTELLIGENT PACKAGING DESIGN OF CHINESE PREFABRICATED DISHES BASED ON KANO-QFD
To analyse the design problems of Chinese ready-to-eat vegetable packaging,obtain the user requirements for Chinese ready-to-eat vegetable packaging and match the design requirements,and design an intelligent packaging for Chinese ready-to-eat vegetables based on the user requirements.Firstly,the KJ method is used to conduct user research and collect user requirements,then the Kano model is used to classify and rank the sensitivity of user requirements,and then the Kano-QFD integrated model is used to match the design requirements and transform the importance of the design requirements,so as to design the intelligent packaging of Chinese prepared vegetables around the appearance of Chinese prepared vegetables,information,functionality,material and intelligent packaging technology.Finally,the design scheme was comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The design process quantitatively analyses user needs and design requirements with the help of Kano-QFD integrated model,which makes the packaging design of prepared vegetables more objective and scientific,and improves the user's confidence to a certain extent by combining the intelligent packaging technology with the packaging of prepared vegetables.Through the design method of KJ method,Kano-QFD integrated model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the design research is carried out as an example of intelligent packaging design for Chinese prepared vegetables,which verifies the feasibility of the design method and provides design ideas for Chinese prepared vegetable packaging design from the perspective of user needs and intelligent packaging.
