Based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper analyzes the potential market demand and consumer demand preference based on the actual operation of express logistics points,and constructs a sustainable express packaging recycling system that meets the interests of multiple parties.In order to provide new perspectives and new ideas for the design and research of packaging recycling equipment in the future,the observation method and questionnaire survey method were used to investigate user behavior and recycling process,and the Kano model was combined to divide and prioritize the requirements.
