RESEARCH ON INTERACTION DESIGN STRATEGIES OF BREAKING THE"INFORMATION COCOON ROOM"FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL RESISTANCE
In the context of the big data era,in order to solve the problem of users being trapped in the"information cocoon"when receiving personalized recommendation information for a long time, optimize the user experience of personalized recommendation platforms, and help the platform expand its functional areas.Based on the theory of psychological resistance,a questionnaire survey and data analysis method are used to analyze the factors that affect users'psychological resistance under the"information cocoon"effect, and to construct a model of the influencing factors of personalized recommendation service platform users'continuous information acquisition behavior. The psychological resistance of users towards personalized push significantly hinders their continuous acquisition of information, and is mainly influenced by the quality of push information, users'own cognitive level, and the platform's interactive feedback design.Based on the model, three optimization strategies for breaking the"information cocoon room"interaction design were proposed:based on situational awareness technology, information diversion was achieved.Adjust the coupling relationship between the platform and users, and encourage users to participate in platform construction. And improve the quality of platform interaction and increase user satisfaction. This provides interactive design strategy references for personalized recommendation platforms to break the"information cocoon room".
