RESEARCH ON SERVICE DESIGN OF PANLONGCHENG HERITAGE PARK BASED ON KANO MODEL
The article aims to improve the service quality of Panlongcheng Archaeological Site Park to meet user needs and enhance experience and comfort.Taking the tourists of Panlongcheng Archaeological Site Park as the object,through research interviews to establish different functional requirements to produce questionnaires for distribution,using the Kano model to analyze and get the attribute categories of each demand,and combining the theoretical method of service design to summarize the tourists'demands.Based on the results of the priority ranking of the user demand level,the service design system of Panlong City was constructed to improve the service quality,meet the user demand and optimize the user experience.So that the service level of Panlongcheng Archaeological Site Park is improved and optimized.Kano model can inform tourism services in Panlong City.
