DESIGN OF CAMPUS EXPRESS PACKAGING RECYCLING PROCESS UNDER GREEN AND LOW-CARBON BACKGROUND
To explore a new mode of packaging and recycling service for Cainiao Station campus express,build a design framework for efficient express recycling service,and improve user experience.The pain points and design needs of users in the recycling process were summarized by questionnaire survey and interview.Service design methods such as service blueprint and service system diagram were applied to optimize user behavior experience,and a service system for the packaging recycling process of campus express was constructed.The research results were verified by design practice.Proposed the campus express packaging recycling service strategy,established a green and low-carbon recycling system,increased the recycling reward and tracking mechanism,realized the integration of online and offline services,determined the product functions and forms of expression,and completed the campus express packaging recycling application small program design to meet the diversified needs of college users.Combining service design thinking and green and low-carbon concept,the design strategy and design practice of Cainiao Station campus express packaging recycling system are produced,which will help promote the sustainable development of campus express packaging and provide new ideas for the follow-up express recycling service process.
