RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF FIVE-TONE ACUPOINT MASSAGE AND HEALING APP BASED ON SERVICE DESIGN
Pay attention to the physical and mental health of young people,and use the design thinking and methods of service design as a tool to build an App that young people can use the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine culture to self-heal some mild diseases.Questionnaires and user interviews are used to collect and organize user information,dig deep into the potential needs of users,and then formulate corresponding strategies.By building user portraits,user journey maps,and service blueprints,we can discover design opportunities and sort out the product functional architecture.Designed a user-centered healing App for Five Elements Music Therapy and Acupressure Massage.The integration of visible App and invisible service concept not only meets the requirements of the current Healthy China Development Strategy,but also satisfies the dilemma of young people getting out of the sub-health state,which can provide a case reference for the design of health healing mobile applications.
