This paper combines grounded theory and user experience model in the design of emotional care App for college students to cope with the growing mental health problems of college students.This study first uses grounded theory,a qualitative research method,to condense the real needs of the product,and then comprehensively designs the overall structure and functions of the App based on the user experience model.The research method proposed in this article that combines grounded theory with the user experience model can not only improve the professionalism of App design,accurately and objectively extract user needs,but also improve the integrity and consistency of the design and maintain the user experience of the App.Since the application of the combined method in the field of interaction and psychological management has not yet been fully developed,this article also provides a new idea for future research in related fields.
