RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF LOWER LIMB EXOSKELETON STRUCTURE AND STYLING COMFORT IN RIDING POSTURE
To address issues such as the fixed functionality of lower limb exoskeleton structures and subjective discomfort in shape, this paper proposes a design method and validation scheme for an exoskeleton that combines structure and shape based on cycling posture.Based on the kinematics and bionic man-machine analysis in riding, the structural factors that the exoskeleton needs to meet are extracted. Then, based on the structure of the kansei engineering and design aesthetics, the modeling factors are analyzed and the scheme is designed.Based on JACK,the structural and functional comfort of the lower back of the human body was verified from the perspective of the wearing and interaction comfort of the exoskeleton. The subjective comfort of exoskeleton was verified.Exoskeleton Design Method Based on the Combination of Riding Posture Structure and Modeling. The iterative exoskeleton scheme can be designed to meet the requirements of both structural function and subjective comfort, which provides guidance and positive significance for the design and research of lower extremity exoskeleton.
