Through a systematic analysis of the humanised design process of textile machinery and equipment,the humanised design problems such as human-machine experience,visual modelling,manufacturing cost and the process of applying design theories to the design of machinery and equipment are described.The design process of AHP-TRIZ theory in the humanised design process of textile machinery to propose solutions based on user needs and contradictions is elucidated.Through the stenter design practice,the theoretical combination of textile machinery and equipment human-machine experience and other humane design has a certain application value.The method provides new ideas and tools for the subsequent design of textile equipment.
