摘要

通过优化叶片回收流程,攻克当前退役风电叶片回收难度大、利用率低的难题.基于可持续设计理论,通过采用"末端治理+源头干预+共享服务"的综合策略方法,构建一个系统化高效的风电叶片回收处理模式.结合移动工厂与共享平台的方式,构建线上线下一体化的退役叶片回收模式,减少回收过程中材料与资金消耗,实现高效、经济回收效果.整合叶片回收的各方资源,全面优化回收流程,兼顾绿色可持续回收与经济效益,从而推动叶片回收系统的顺利落地与实施.

Abstract

By optimizing the blade recycling process,we aim to overcome the challenges of difficult recycling and low utilization of retired wind turbine blades.Based on sustainable design theory,a comprehensive strategy approach of"end-of-pipe treatment+source intervention+shared services"is adopted to build a systematic and efficient wind turbine blade recycling and disposal model.By integrating mobile factories with shared platforms,we can establish an online-offline integrated recycling model for decommissioned wind turbine blades,thereby reducing material and financial consumption during the recycling process and achieving efficient and economical recycling results.By integrating various resources involved in blade recycling,we can comprehensively optimize the recycling process,balancing green and sustainable recycling with economic benefits.This will facilitate the smooth implementation of the blade recycling system.
