挖掘冲牙器用户实际需求,获取重点需求以及与之相关的功能要求,设计更符合用户实际需求的冲牙器产品.首先通过用户观察与用户访谈获取用户需求,然后利用 AHP 模型量化需求权重,采用QFD关系矩阵得到符合用户需求的重点功能要求.针对重点需求要素和重点功能要求展开创新设计,并以模糊综合评价法加以评估.AHP-QFD法可以有效挖掘用户实际需求,并将其转化到具体功能要求,对相关设计研究具有参考意义.
DESIGN OF ORAL IRRIGATOR BASED ON AHP-QFD METHOD
To explore the actual needs of users of oral irrigator,to obtain their key needs and the functional requirements associated with them,and to design oral irrigator products that better meet the actual needs of users.Firstly,we obtain users'needs through user observation and user interviews,then we quantify the weights of the needs by using the AHP model,and then we use the QFD relationship matrix to obtain the key functional requirements that meet the users'needs.The innovative design is carried out for the key demand elements and key functional requirements,and evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method.The AHP-QFD method can effectively explore the actual user needs and transform them into specific functional requirements,which is of reference significance for related product design research.
