DESIGN OF HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATOR STERILIZER BASED ON AHP/FCE/DSM-SOM MODELS
Design a household refrigerator sterilizer with rich functions,exquisite appearance,and user-friendly product use.First,obtain the induction of user needs categories,calculate the weight of each need using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and conduct consistency checks on the results.Design a refrigerator sterilizer based on the needs.Second,evaluate and make decisions on the design plan by combining the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.Finally,optimize the design details and divide the structural modules based on the Design Structure Matrix(DSM)and Self-Organizing Map(SOM),and complete the product structural design based on the clustering results.Complete the design of a household refrigerator sterilizer.Based on AHP,FCE,and DSM-SOM models,the appearance and structure design of refrigerator refrigeration specific sterilizers are carried out,making product design and scheme decision-making more scientific,rational,and efficient.This has certain reference value for related product design research.
