RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF PREVENTION AND TREATMENT SERVICE SYSTEMS FOR DIABETIC FOOT PATIENTS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF FLOW THEORY
To explore a design method for a prevention and treatment service system that meets the basic needs of diabetic foot patients and triggers their flow experience.A comprehensive review of the concepts of flow theory and service design was conducted. The research value and feasibility of integrating flow theory into the design of prevention and treatment service systems for diabetic foot patients were clarified.Flow theory was combined with service design, and a service system design process based on the three stages of flow theory was constructed and applied to the design of prevention and treatment service systems for diabetic foot patients.A service system design process from the perspective of flow theory was obtained, which is usable, accurate, and of certain reference value. At the same time, based on this service design process,a community hospital diabetic foot prevention and treatment system was developed to meet the prevention and treatment service needs of diabetic foot patients, including detection equipment, mobile foot care devices, and diabetic foot prevention and treatment management software.Reasonably applying flow theory to service design can yield a set of clear service design practices and evaluation criteria.Applied to the case of diabetic foot system design,it provides a new direction for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot and offers a certain reference for future in-depth exploration of disease prevention and treatment service forms.
