RESEARCH ON THE PRACTICE OF EARLY WARNING SMS APP IN VILLAGES AND TOWNS IN THE POST-EPIDEMIC ERA
Behind the 5G era,the early warning of regional information in Xinjiang,Xizang,and small villages and towns in Yunnan cannot be left behind,and earthquakes,landslides,debris flows,and thunderstorms are high incidence areas in such areas,so the efficiency and accuracy of early warning information become the focus of information transmission.Through conducting research on target users and applying the five elements of product design,it is concluded that there is a certain necessity for such early warning.After analyzing and exploring the obtained needs,a village and town early warning APP is constructed.After the responsible person approves the application,the content and sending time of the warning SMS are edited in advance before extreme weather or climate occurs,which can effectively target the target audience at the expected time.The conclusion can to some extent avoid the occurrence of large-scale accidents,and has a preventive effect on production activities and daily travel.At the same time,it can timely convey policy information,enable the public to understand government related work in a timely manner,and enhance government credibility.
