URBAN SUBWAY MURAL DESIGN BASED ON THE PATTERN OF MULBERRY PICKING AND FEASTING DURING THE WARRING STATES PERIOD—TAKING BEIJING AS AN EXAMPLE
The purpose is to apply the decorative pattern of copper pot to the subway mural design in Beijing,so that the combination of ancient traditional creation and modern design can be innovatively developed,the artistic value of historical cultural relics is disseminated,and the cultural connotation of subway murals is improved to meet the cultural,artistic and innovative needs of subway public space decoration.The method is to take the Warring States Period mulberry banquet battle copper pot hidden in the Palace Museum as the research object.From the perspective of design,qualitative and quantitative research,case studies,field investigation,visual dynamic analysis and other research methods are used to study its pattern form and composition,and extract the elements,and the iconic buildings in Beijing.Combine urban colors to carry out mural design practice.The conclusion is that the warring States period has rich themes,diverse forms and unique composition,with strong characteristics and artistic value of the times.The elements of the copper pot pattern are extracted and combined with the regional cultural elements of the subway station for mural design,which is applied to the public space of the subway to realize the inheritance of traditional creation culture and the innovation of subway mural art.
