NANTONG BLUE PRINTED FABRIC NON-HERITAGE REVITALISATION APP DESIGN BASED ON SERVICE DESIGN CONCEPTS
In view of the development dilemma of Nantong blue calico,this paper investigates the development status of Nantong blue calico and explores and solves the key problems of the development dilemma of Nantong blue calico based on the service design concept.Firstly,the service design concept was mapped to the intangible cultural heritage service design,and the main users of intangible cultural heritage craftsmen,re-creators and consumers were classified through user interviews,and the demand analysis of the character model was constructed.Secondly,we use systematic thinking to lay out the positions of each stakeholder and build a service system from a global perspective.Finally,the service design blueprint is planned as a whole and the App design is completed.The problems faced by the development of Nantong blue calico were clarified,the intangible cultural heritage service design model based on the service design concept was proposed,and the App design of Nantong blue calico intangible cultural heritage activation experience was constructed,which promoted the development of Nantong blue calico to be more active and digital.This paper verifies the effectiveness of the service design concept model in improving the user experience in the activation of intangible cultural heritage and how its principles can be Applied to the practical analysis,which provides a new idea for the future development model and research of Nantong blue calico and other intangible cultural heritage.
