PRODUCT INNOVATION DESIGN BASED ON FKM-TOPSIS METHOD
To adapt to the increasing care needs of the elderly population and address the limited functionality of existing medical beds, this study proposes a design method integrating the Fuzzy Kano Model(FKM)and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS).This approach is combined with a set of product conceptual design processes, incorporating innovative product creation concepts.Firstly, the FKM is utilized to analyze user requirements, while the TOPSIS method is employed to filter and prioritize the research results, extracting key design elements.By combining the basic characteristics and usage patterns of the product,we explore effective design processes to derive reasonable solutions in industrial product design. Finally, the feasibility of the design method is validated through the innovative design of a rehabilitation nursing bed, enhanced with artificial intelligence tools. This study, exemplified by the design practice of a nursing bed integrated with leg rehabilitation aids, offers valuable insights for future product design development.
