基于FKM-优劣解距离法的产品创新设计研究

为了适应现阶段老年群体日渐增长的护理需求,解决现有医疗床功能单一的问题,提出了一种综合运用模糊Kano模(FKM)与优劣解距离法(TOPSIS法)的设计方法,并结合一套产品概念设计流程,融入新颖的产品造物理念。首先,采用模糊Kano模型(FKM)分析用户需求,运用优劣解距离法对调研结果进行筛选与排序,提取关键设计要素。其次,结合产品基本特性与使用方式,挖掘有效的设计流程,得出工业产品设计上合理的解决途径。最后,以一款康复护理床创新设计为例,结合人工智能辅助工具,验证了该设计方法的可行性。本研究通过一款结合腿部康复辅具创新的护理床产品设计实践,为今后产品设计的发展提供了一定的参考价值。
PRODUCT INNOVATION DESIGN BASED ON FKM-TOPSIS METHOD
To adapt to the increasing care needs of the elderly population and address the limited functionality of existing medical beds,this study proposes a design method integrating the Fuzzy Kano Model(FKM)and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS).This approach is combined with a set of product conceptual design processes,incorporating innovative product creation concepts.Firstly,the FKM is utilized to analyze user requirements,while the TOPSIS method is employed to filter and prioritize the research results,extracting key design elements.By combining the basic characteristics and usage patterns of the product,we explore effective design processes to derive reasonable solutions in industrial product design.Finally,the feasibility of the design method is validated through the innovative design of a rehabilitation nursing bed,enhanced with artificial intelligence tools.This study,exemplified by the design practice of a nursing bed integrated with leg rehabilitation aids,offers valuable insights for future product design development.
