基于感性工学的凸腹体男性POLO衫格纹设计研究

本文聚焦凸腹体男性POLO衫的格纹进行研究,通过格纹图案参数进行定量数据分析,以期能提供一套符合消费者感性需求的设计参数,从而满足凸腹体男士穿着格纹POLO衫显瘦的目的.基于感性工学筛选研究条件并设计出24种不同宽度、不同填充比例的格纹样本,运用数据统计软件对问卷调研所得数据进行分析,获得样本评分、序列排序以及两者之间的联系,两者存在较高的相关性,总结出消费者对不同参数设计样本的感性评价,为男性POLO衫格纹设计发展以及企业在生产和销售服装上提供数据参考与借鉴.
A STUDY ON THE CHECK PATTERN DESIGN OF MALE POLO SHIRTS WITH CONVEX ABDOMEN BASED ON KANSEI ENGINEERING
This paper focuses on the study of the plaid pattern of men's Polo shirts with a convex abdomen,and conducts quantitative data analysis through the plaid pattern parameters,in order to provide a set of design parameters that meet the emotional needs of consumers,so as to meet the needs of men with a convex abdomen wearing plaid Polo shirts to look thin.Based on the screening conditions of Kansei Engineering,24 kinds of check patterns with different widths and different filling ratios were designed.Data statistical software was used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire survey to obtain sample score,sequence ranking and the relationship between them,which were highly correlated,and to summarize consumers'perceptual evaluation of design samples with different parameters.It provides data reference and reference for men Polo shirt plaid design development and enterprises in the production and sales of clothing.
