RESEARCH ON SHAPE DESIGN OF DIRECT DRINKING WATER MACHINE BASED ON GENETIC CONSTRAINTS AND EXTENSIVE SEMANTICS
n order to help the new brand of direct drinking machine further develop the market space,the model of direct drinking water dispenser is inherited and innovated,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of products.Firstly,take 20 types of direct drinking machine as research objects and analyze their dominant gene constraints and design variables.Then extract the recessive genes of the direct drinking machine,calculate the extensible interval value,and use graphical thinking to represent and semantic transform the recessive genes in combination with design variables.Then,select the graphical elements for extensible transformation to obtain a set of design elements.Three design schemes were completed by applying the corresponding styling elements of"innovation","high-end","simplicity",and combining genetic constraint analysis,one of which enter the production verification stage.The method can deal with the contradiction between inheritance and innovation in the design of direct drinking machine,accurately and effectively guide the design practice,and can provide specific and feasible design method reference for the design of direct drinking machines.
