INNOVATIVE DESIGN OF HOME PROJECTORS BASED ON LATENT NEED INSIGHTS
The work aims to explore the innovative design path of home projectors through in-depth analysis of the potential needs of users and products.The"Voice of the Customer"method outputs a user experience map through surveys and interviews to determine user needs;the"Voice of the Product"method predicts product evolution trends based on the technology evolution path and determines potential product needs.The combination of the two can identify and evaluate users'unexpressed or unmet needs.Potential needs were evaluated and prioritized with the help of the Kano model,and transformed into product design features using the QFD model,which provided a clear direction for the innovation of home projectors.By showing how to use latent demand for innovative design,the effectiveness of innovative methods in the innovative design of home projectors is verified.
