服务设计理念下老年痴呆群体智能手环交互设计

随着社会老龄化加剧,人们开始更加关注老年群体,而老年痴呆患者群体缺乏有效的治疗,外出监护难的问题尤为值得关注.在此形势下,为了解决老年痴呆群体外出时监护难的问题,文章基于服务设计理念,利用用户画像、用户行为地图等方法对用户需求进行深入分析,为智能手环设计提供参考依据,结合交互技术提出设计思路及实践,以求为老年痴呆群体提供更加舒适健康安全的城市生活空间,为后续针对老年痴呆群体的相关产品设计提供一定的参考.
Abstract
With the aggravation of social aging,people begin to pay more attention to the elderly group,while the group of elderly dementia patients lacks effective treatment,and the problem of difficult supervision when going out is particularly noteworthy.In this context,in order to solve the problem of difficult supervision for the elderly dementia group when going out,the article is based on the service design concept,using methods such as user profiling and user behavior maps to deeply analyze user needs,providing reference for the design of smart bracelets.Combining interaction technology,design strategies and design practices are proposed,aiming to provide a more comfortable,healthy,and safe urban living space for the elderly dementia group,and to provide certain references for subsequent product designs targeting the elderly dementia group.
