SERVICE DESIGN CONCEPT BASED ON THE DESIGN OF INTERACTIVE SMART BRACELET FOR ELDERLY DEMENTIA GROUP
With the aggravation of social aging,people begin to pay more attention to the elderly group,while the group of elderly dementia patients lacks effective treatment,and the problem of difficult supervision when going out is particularly noteworthy.In this context,in order to solve the problem of difficult supervision for the elderly dementia group when going out,the article is based on the service design concept,using methods such as user profiling and user behavior maps to deeply analyze user needs,providing reference for the design of smart bracelets.Combining interaction technology,design strategies and design practices are proposed,aiming to provide a more comfortable,healthy,and safe urban living space for the elderly dementia group,and to provide certain references for subsequent product designs targeting the elderly dementia group.
