A STRATEGIC STUDY OF SPATIAL NARRATIVES IN EMERGENCY SERVICES IN SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS
User behavior acts on the space, making full use of all the information in the space to accomplish the purpose of behavior through their own senses.Spatial narrative enables three-dimensional reconstruction of the user's timeline.Applying spatial narrative in the analysis of user journey maps, analyzing typical users in a service through various narrative means and multiple narrative spaces, and constructing multi-level spatial journey maps of the users can tap into the memories, experiences, and emotions of the users in different spaces before, during, and after the service, which can help to induce essential thinking about a certain service link, improve the singularity of existing methods, and fundamentally solve service problems and improve user experience. It improves the singularity of the existing methods, fundamentally solves the service challenges and enhances the user experience, and applies this method to the design of emergency services in special education schools, and proposes an effective emergency service strategy by mining the user characteristics and the multi-level spatial analysis of the user's role.
