Influence of Slope Rate on Perfusion Rate and Pavement Performance of Semi-Flexible Pavement Materials
Due to the unique grouting process adopted by semi-rigid pavement materials,to investigate the effect of slope on their grouting rate and road performance,semi-rigid pavement specimens were prepared using three different fluidity grouts at five designed slopes.Through calculation and experimentation, the influence of slope on key indicators such as grouting rate,high-temperature stability, water stability, and skid resistance of semi-rigid pavement materials was systematically evaluated. The results showed that with the increase of slope, the grouting rate and water stability of semi-rigid pavement materials showed a decreasing trend, while the high-temperature stability first increased and then decreased. The slope had a significant effect on the construction depth of the semi-rigid pavement, and the greater the slope, the greater the difference in construction depth between the bottom and top of the slope, which adversely affected the skid resistance performance. For the above problems, optimization measures were proposed for construction processes and verified them through indoor experiments.
