Durability Evaluation of Concrete Continuous Girder Bridge Based on Random Forest and Analytic Hierarchy Process
In order to evaluate the durability of concrete continuous girder bridges accurately and quickly and avoid the subjective influence of structural durability assessment results caused by the unfamiliarity of bridge engineering practitioners with the specifications,a durability evaluation index system for concrete continuous girder bridges based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was established, and a random forest durability evaluation model was constructed. After parameter tuning, the optimal parameter combination for the random forest model was obtained:105,10,2 and 2.The results showed that:the precision, recall rate, and F1 value of the random forest durability evaluation model were all greater than 87%,and the influence of the girder beam cracks, overload ratio, and safety factor of protective layer thickness of substructure on the durability of concrete continuous girder bridges decreased in sequence. The model's reliability was verified by comparing the evaluation results with the bridge inspection report's technical condition rating and the project software results.
