By using the definition of n-th order α-times integration C-groups with exponentially bounded and subgenerator,and research method of classical operator theory,the definition of compactness of n-th order α-times integration C-groups was given,and compactness property of n-th order α-times integration C-groups with exponentially bounded was obtain.
