Status and Parameters Simultaneous Estimation of Wastewater Treatment Process Based on Sensitivity Analysis
In order to solve the problem that the parameters added to the original system as an additional state make the augmented system unobservable in the process of sewage treatment,a variable selection method based on sensitivity analysis was proposed to estimate the state and parameters simultaneously.Firstly, the problems related to sensitivity analysis and dynamic system observability were explored, and then the sensitivity analysis was used to select variables that can be estimated simultaneously to determine the estimation parameter set.Secondly, the extended Kalman filter algorithm was used to estimate the sewage process state and the selected estimable parameter set at the same time, and compared with the scheme without sensitivity analysis. The simulation results showed that when the augmentation system was not observable, the sensitivity analysis could effectively select the parameter set suitable for estimation,so as to improve the estimation performance.
