Finite Element Simulation for Identification of Damage Degree of Liquid-Filled Complex Pipeline Structures
Based on the wavelet packet decomposition method,the relationship between the damage degree and the damage index of liquid-filled complex pipeline structures was studied,and a method for identifying the damage degree of liquid-filled complex pipeline structures was proposed.Models of liquid-filled complex pipeline structures with the same damage depth,different damage center angles,different damage depths and different damage center angles were established to study the law between damage degree and damage index.It was found that when the damage depth was quantitative,there was a nonlinear correlation between the damage degree and the damage index with the damage area as the variable,and the damage index increased first and then decreased with the increase of the damage area.When the damage center angle was quantitative,the increase of the damage degree with the damage depth as the variable would cause the damage index value to decrease first and then increase.The results showed that based on the relationship between the damage degree and the damage index of the liquid-filled complex pipeline structure,the damage degree could be quickly identified and the development trend of the damage degree could be predicted.
