新型α-MoO3/CuO复合材料电化学性能及其结构

研究了 α-MoO3材料和α-MoO3/CuO新型复合材料的电化学性能及其结构,结果表明:α-MoO3/CuO复合材料电化学性能优于α-MoO3材料,在扫速10 mV·s-1的条件下,α-MoO3/CuO和α-MoO3 比电容分别为 3.41 和 1.58 F·g-1,α-MoO3/CuO 的比电容是 α-MoO3 的 2.16 倍;α-MoO3/CuO在高频范围内具备良好的离子响应,有较好的导电性能;α-MoO3/CuO在1、2、3 A·g-1的电流密度下的电容量分别为 125.48、55.50、28.32 F·g-1,α-MoO3 的电容量分别为 55.64、22.31、10.75 F·g-1;SEM 结果显示CuO颗粒比较均匀地分布在α-MoO3上;XRD测试结果表明复合材料结构中存在α-MoO3和CuO.
Electrochemical Properties and Structures of New α-MoO3/CuO Composites
The electrochemical properties and structures of the α-MoO3 materials and the new α-MoO3/CuO composite materials were investigated.The results showed that the electrochemical performance of the new α-MoO3/CuO composite material was better than that of the α-MoO3 material,the specific capacitances of α-MoO3/CuO and α-MoO3 were 3.41 F·g-1and 1.58 F·g-1,and the specific capacitance of α-MoO3/CuO was 2.16 times that of α-MoO3/CuO under the condition of a sweeping speed of 10 mV·s-1;α-MoO3/CuO possessed a good ionic response in the high frequency range and a good electrical conductivity;α-MoO3/CuO had a capacitance of 125.48,55.50 and 28.32 F·g-1 at the current densities of 1,2 and 3 A·g-1,respectively,while the capacitance of α-MoO3 were 55.64,22.31 and 10.75 F·g-1.The results of SEM showed that the CuO particles were distributed more evenly on the α-MoO3;the results of XRD showed that α-MoO3 and CuO existed in the composite structure.
