Ecological Stoichiometric Characteristics of Carbon,Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Soil-Water-Plant System of Huatang River Wetland
Taking the Huatang River wetland as the research object, water, plant and soil samples were collected in May(level period)and September 2023(high water period),and the ecological stoichiometric characteristics and coupling relationship of each component of different units of the wetland system were analyzed by measuring the nutrient content of C,N and P.The results show that the removal of COD,TN,NH4+-N and TP in the water body is generally better in the Huatang River wetland during the high water period, and the front-end purification effect is obvious. The mean mass fractions of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus of plants in the high water period are all greater than those in flat water period, and the average nitrogen and phosphorus ratios of plants in Huatang River wetland are greater than 16 in the flat water period and less than 14 in the high water periond, indicating that the plant growth and development in the flat water period are mainly limited by P element and N element in the high water period. The results of linear fitting analysis of plant nitrogen and phosphorus uptake and plant biomass show that plant biomass has a great influence on nitrogen and phosphorus uptake in Huatang River wetland. The soil C/N ratio is greater than 10,and the soil organic matter is mainly exogenous, and phosphorus is the limiting nutrient element. The correlation between plants and soil C,N,and P ecostoichiometric ratios is weak.
