Preparation of Immobilized Microbial Agents of Different Solid Waste-Based Carrier Materials and Comparison of Their Remediation Effects on Composite Contaminated Soils
In order to remediate the heavy metal-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)composite contaminated soil more efficiently and greenly, three kinds of PAHs highly efficient degrading bacteria,Mucor mucedo,Aspergillus niger and Mycobacterium gilvum SN12,were compounded, and different solid waste-based materials were selected as carriers to prepare immobilized microbial agents, and the remediation effects of different immobilized microbial agents on heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil were investigated. The results showed that biochar prepared from wheat straw calcined at 700 ℃ for 2 h was used as an immobilized agent for the carrier, and had the best effect on the remediation of cadmium and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil;when the mass fraction of immobilized microbial agent was 1%,the degradation efficiency of phe in the composite contaminated soil was as high as 86.78%,the degradation rate of pyr was as high as 60.77%,and the passivation rate of Cd in the contaminated soil reached 23.99%.
