用不同浓度的阻燃剂FR-510对涤纶面料进行阻燃整理,得出结论:阻燃剂含量达到400 g/L,焙烘温度为150℃,时间为3 min时,织物阻燃效果最好.同时,水洗和摩擦会使阻燃剂FR-510处理织物的阻燃效果降低.因此,阻燃剂处理织物适合用于车内不经常拆洗及摩擦的部位.
Application of flame retardant FR-510 to polyester automotive fabric
Flame-retardant agent FR-510 is applied to polyester fabric with different concentration.The optimum flame retardacy can be reached with FR-510 400g/L and curing at 150℃ for 3min.Due to washing and rubbing will reduce the flame retardancy,the flame retardant polyester automotive fabric is suitable for the part without frequent wash and friction.
