摘要

提取广玉兰叶色素并用其整理棉布,测定了色素溶液最大吸收波长、吸光度、自由基清除率及棉布自由基清除率.探究了广玉兰叶质量浓度、提取温度、亚硫酸钠质量浓度、储存时间对色素溶液最大吸收波长、吸光度和自由基清除率的影响,以及色素浓度、洗涤次数对整理棉布自由基清除率的影响.结果表明:广玉兰叶色素提取条件为广玉兰叶质量浓度100 g/L、亚硫酸钠质量浓度10 g/L、提取温度90℃、提取时间2 h,存放时间一周.所得色素溶液最大吸收波长为280 nm,色素溶液稀释240倍,吸光度为0.21,色素溶液稀释300倍,自由基清除率为61%.棉布整理条件为:棉布4 g,色素溶液40 mL,浴比1∶50,整理温度80℃,整理时间1 h.所得色素棉布自由基清除率为43%,洗涤5次后色素棉布自由基清除率为9%.

Abstract

Pigment is extracted from Magnolia grandiflora leaves and then applied to cotton fabric.The maximum absorption wavelength,absorbance,free radical clearance rate of pigment solution and free radical clearance rate of cotton fabric are determined.The effects of magnolia grandiflora leaves,sodium sulfite,extraction temperature and storage time on the maximum absorption wavelength,absorbance and free radical clearance rate of pigment solution are explored.The influence of pigment concentration and washing times on free radical clearance rate of finished cotton fabric are investigated.The extraction conditions are magnolia grandiflora leaves 100 g/L,sodium sulfite 10 g/L,extraction at 90 ℃ for 2 h,and storage time of one week.The maximum absorption wavelength is 280 nm,the absorbance of 240 times diluted extract is 0.21,and the free radical clearance rate of 300 times diluted extract reaches 61%.The free radical clearance rate of cotton fabric is 43%,and the free radical scavenging rate of pigment cotton fabric is 9%after washing for 5 times,when the finishing conditions are 4 g cotton fabrics,40 mL pigment solution of 100 g/L magnolia grandiflora leaves,bath ratio 1∶50,finishing at 80 ℃ for 1 h.
